Ultra-fresh fish and various dishes to be tasted in a restaurant on the Lou Santen beach in Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer.
The Calypso is a continuation of the Lou Santen beach. In the plates, always ultra-fresh fish from the Mediterranean, very copious meal salads and French meat. We recommend the fish tartar, the tellines with aïoli and the Lou Santen salads. To be enjoyed under a pergola of reeds or on the beach, with your feet in the sand. And for the pleasure of the eyes: the blue of the sea which merges with that of the sky, a perfectly maintained beach, comfortable deckchairs... A little corner of paradise!

Les pires moules que j’ai mangé dans ma vie!! Trop salées et trop cuites!! La cuisinière nous dit que ça vient de la mer donc c’est normal qu’elles soient trop salées… les gérants sans aucun professionnalisme ni dans les réservation ni dans le service! On nous dit que ca fait 27 ans qu’ils sont là et qu’ils savent ce qu’ils font.. étant dans la restauration je peux vous dire qu’ils sont une honte de la profession! Serveur torse nu… service long.. ils s’occupent plus de leur chien que de leurs clients! À fuir absolument! D’une médiocrité sans nom!

Nous n’avions pas de réservation, le responsable nous a trouvé deux transats, nous avons mangé le midi du poisson pêché du matin vraiment excellent ! Mamie cuisine très bien !
