Très déçue par l'accueil du responsable à notre arrivée dans ce restaurant, malgré une réservation par internet confirmée, ce dernier nous a dit qu'il n'avait pas eu le temps de regarder les réservations sur Internet, qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde et qu'on ne serait servi qu'au bout de 2 h, je trouve ce comportement déplorable, compte tenu de la réservation confirmée il aurait pu faire l'effort de nous trouver une table pour 2 , c'était 12h30.

Bonjour Maryvonne, désolé de vous avoir déçu mais vous n’avez pas compris, je vous ai dit simplement qu’on allait mettre du temps et que votre repas durerait deux heures. Je ne pense pas qu’on mérite cette note pour une incompréhension de votre part, je rajoute également qu’après vérification, je n’ai toujours pas votre réservation !! je vous serai donc reconnaissant de supprimer votre avis négatif . Désolé de cette incompréhension, En espérant vous revoir. La direction.
