A superb 18th-century bastide overlooking the 10-hectare vineyard estate, Château Bonisson produces an AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wine. Since 2017, the Le Dorze family has developed it according to their own values of quality, authenticity and sharing. It is the daughter, Victoire who manages the estate, she made the choice of organic farming, using the horse to plow the rows and makes the harvest entirely by hand. And her father, Christian, the Bonisson Art Center which offers free and regular exhibitions of modern art.

We were greeted by a visit at 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays done by the owner founder collector: a heaven for att and wines! Highly recommended to discover contemporary art and regional wine domains. Esthetic to its density with a lot of Charm.
