Ever since Cédric Aubert opened his restaurant on Puyloubier's town square, people have flocked from far and wide if they want to eat well. The restaurant has established itself as one of the leading establishments serving simple, home-cooked cuisine using local, quality produce, with an eco-responsible approach. The South inspires the recipes, from the butcher's cut and the catch of the day to the seasonal dessert. Warmth and sunshine are the order of the day on the plate, with a generous helping of aioli. We're happy to sit on the terrace.

thanks for giving me one of my favourite dining experiences in such a beautiful location. Quiet and subdued, a warm evening nicely lit and gorgeous food coming out of the open gantry. We all ordered something different and tried each others dishes, the steak, seabream and octopus were all wonderfully presented and very flavourful. The steak we agreed, was the standout. The wine paired well and we couldn’t help but get dessert. Good ice-cream on such a warm evening.

The service was excellent, even after an order was taken wrong it was handled very well and changed without issue. Loved the attitude of the staff who seemed to enjoy their job very much and cared about our table. Keep it up!

Grosse déception par rapport aux années précédentes. Quantités minuscules, plats sans saveur et addition très salée, service catastrophique, nous ne reviendrons plus. Piège à touristes.

Depuis un an, je suis les publications sur les réseaux sociaux mais je n’avais jamais eu l’occasion de tester! Enfin nous avons pu prendre le temps pour découvrir cette place, ce petit havre de paix…. Ambiance zen d’un soir de canicule, un petit vent de fraîcheur, fraîcheur dans les produits cuisinés, fraîcheurs et gaité des serveurs! Il ne manquait que le doux bruit de la fontaine comme fond sonore !
Déjà fan virtuelle, je confirme maintenant être fan en réel!
Nous avions honte d’avoir laissé seulement la petite fleur en déco dans l’assiette! À très bientôt pour un régal de nos papilles
