A few minutes drive from the center of Saint-Rémy (car park on the spot), this 100 years old institution is always full. The recipe of such success? Simple and friendly dishes, honouring the flavours of the terroir: grilled meats or stews according to the season, tartare beef chopped with a knife, salad niçoise, duck with pélardon, burger, butcher's piece, duck breast... A quality local cuisine, gourmet and copious as we like them. Without forgetting the couscous of Thursday lunch and the must-eat aïoli of Friday lunch! But Bistrot de la Galine is also a reception room where parties are organized and which can also be privatized, and a wine bar area to enjoy the smoked charcuteries platters on olive tree's wood on the spot...
