The restaurant Les Michels has been taken over by a young and dynamic team, the chef Mickaël Bourges, recently named disciple of Escoffier, his wife Angélique and his second in command Ludovic Robin. In the heart of the hamlet of Michels in Peynier, the room is clear and spacious, in a very green environment. The slate menu proposes classic dishes revisited with taste and very nicely presented on the plate. The menu changes every day, for example, the octopus à la Galega as a starter, the tuna tataki with two sesame seeds and red curry cream as a main course, or the sweetbreads with morels, the chef's speciality...
