Bistro-gastro with a unique formula in Paradou.

Vincent Quenin, the long-time waiter of this bistro-gastro, took over the establishment following the retirement of Mireille and Jean-Louis Pons. He perpetuates their formula with a unique menu (with starter, main course, cheese, dessert and wine included). On Fridays, it's aïoli, on Saturdays, local lamb. Each day, a compulsory dish: cassoulet, calf's head, farm guinea fowl on the spit... You are warned, you will not have the choice, but we can assure you that you will not be disappointed. This old building nestled under the plane trees is a real institution.

No details on phone message or internet that the restaurant is closed. Drove a long way to be disappointed. Update your operation hours and make reserving easier please.

We are so disappointed. We drove from Avignon to eat here and waited for it to open at 8pm as per the internet which says it’s open and their voice message. 4 other cars waiting on parking area. No lights, no sign no life. We chose here from watching Rick Stein and from every good review. I had sent a text with no response trying to get a reservation. We are very disappointed. This was our one night in the area.
