Located between Noves and Saint-Rémy (don't be afraid to take this little country road!), the Bournissac domain is a gastronomic stopover of choice. This top-of-the-range table, orchestrated by Christian Peyre, works with local products from its vegetable garden. It produces tasty and perfectly mastered dishes. And to prolong the pleasure, special and affordable formulas are offered: on Wednesdays, it's a trip around Italian cuisine, on Fridays, it's bouillabaisse. A real gourmet change of scenery.

La qualité des mets est à la hauteur et le service est efficace. Mais comment justifier une entrée réduite à la portion congrue d'amuse bouche...
L'établissement gagnerait à améliorer son accès routier: après un orage, il vaut mieux y aller en Subaru qu'en Twingo!

Dans la formule Tous au Restaurant, un chef qui joue le jeu. Un menu spécial très bien élaboré. Des produits frais en quantité suffisante, des saveurs excellentes. Un agréable moment passé à l'ombre d'un figuier pour un dimanche midi romantique.
