With a very effective slate formula, Lou Roucas has what it takes to seduce, even if the establishment is located outside the city in the direction of Chateaurenard. A few examples: tomato salad and goat's cheese verrine; cucumber with parsley and mint cream; steak à cheval fried with pan-fried mushrooms; roast pork with mustard sauce and homemade mashed potatoes; tiramisu speculoos with Nutella heart; whipped lightning with chocolate sauce...
