Pushing the door of the Gusto caffed is a simple way to Italy. Fabien Morreale, the starry chef of the garage, another lighthouse restaurant in Martigues, has just bet with this street view. Its products straight from the Botte exalt our papillae. And it starts from the entrance with the antipasti: Prosciutto di Parma, pomodoro, bruschetta di capra (goat)… À la carte, the great classics of Italian gastronomy, with strength and quantity, as it should be there. Pasta, made on the spot with 7 eggs per kilo, please, you can taste traditional recipes: Bolognese, arrabiata, carbonara, scampi (langoustines)… not to mention risottos and lasagna. Fish and meat cooked at the plancha will delight the aficionados, especially the rosso barrel (bluefin tuna) and tartare, basil, black olive and tomato. In dessert, hard to resist torta cioccalata e lampone (chocolate pie and raspberry). Bravissimo!

Je te recommande.
Les pâtes sont fraîches et maison. L'établissement propose régulièrement des plats du jour où suggestion du chef très intéressant.
Le reproche que je souhaite faire partager est le prix, que je trouve très élevé. Sur trois repas j'ai été déçu une seule fois, c'est pour ça que j'ai retiré une étoile.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon restaurant.
C'est chose faite et ce restaurant vaut la réputation qu'il s'est taillé.
Dieu sait combien je fais attention aux petits détails, surtout lorsque l'on m'a recommandé un restaurant et que j'y vais pour nos 9 ans de mariage.

Personnel agréable, nourriture goûteuse et délicieuse, service aux petits soins dans un restaurant propre.
J'ai, pour la première fois de ma vie, fait un doggybag (autant vous dire que ce ne sera pas pour le chien - d'ailleurs je n'en ai plus-).
