Pushing the door of the Gusto caffed is a simple way to Italy. Fabien Morreale, the starry chef of the garage, another lighthouse restaurant in Martigues, has just bet with this street view. Its products straight from the Botte exalt our papillae. And it starts from the entrance with the antipasti: Prosciutto di Parma, pomodoro, bruschetta di capra (goat)… À la carte, the great classics of Italian gastronomy, with strength and quantity, as it should be there. Pasta, made on the spot with 7 eggs per kilo, please, you can taste traditional recipes: Bolognese, arrabiata, carbonara, scampi (langoustines)… not to mention risottos and lasagna.
