The proximity to the calanques and the universities of Luminy are undeniable. Access in easy bus. The opening hours are very important, it is sometimes have to wait 10 minutes with the door that you can open to you. Much noise coming from the other rooms and parking in the hotel, including shutters and windows closed.

Access. Affordable.

Not very soundproofed rooms. Noise from 5:30 in the morning, including by the cleaning lady in the by from 7:00.
Lack of ventilation in the room: obligation to open the window to avoid condensation in the room. Hair in the sheets, which has been made surpluses.
