Picturesque fishing port in the Endoume district, accessible via lanes with poetic names that are well worth a visit
The small port of Malmousque, which can also be described as a "calanque", is one of the best kept secrets of Marseille. A small paradise that you can reach by walking through picturesque streets, between colorful huts and flowery gardens. A feeling of being out of time and especially far from the tumult of the city. However, its popularity is now such with the city's youth that some summer days and evenings are very noisy, to the great displeasure of the residents of Malmousque. It is best to visit in the morning and out of season.

A little away from the corniche, is the Anse de Malmousque with its beautiful stone bridge and its small fishing port landlocked in a picturesque neighborhood. In the port of Malmusque Marseille and tourists combine to beard in the water, make paddle and other nautical activities calmly, in this place of a time once breathing serenity.
