J'ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel ce soir pour laisser le champ libre à ma fille qui fête ses 18 ans dans notre maison à proximité immédiate. Je viens à 15h récupérer la clé de la chambre pour m'apercevoir qu'une chambre ne correspondant pas à ma réservation m'est imposée. Je refuse. Le personnel de la réception laissé à lui même, pas de manager avant lundi après-midi, se réfugie dans le déni et le mensonge pour ne pas assumer ses responsabilités. Depuis la reprise récente par le groupe Accor de cet hôtel que je pratique depuis 15 ans ces événements se reproduisent. Un personnel sous-qualifié, agressif, fuyant ses responsabilités. Bon, je dors chez moi ce soir. Je me ferai discret. J'espère que ma fille ne m'en voudra pas.

Hôtel réservé par ma boîte de formation malheureusement le personnel n' est pas du tout agréable et peu commercial.
Nous ont gentiment sortie de table à 22h...
Refus de commander au bar etc etc
