Nestou is the successful story of three people who became friends on the benches of the Ferrendi school. The dream come true of a talented and inventive trio. A restaurant that wants to be a family restaurant, offering an elaborate and fresh cuisine, mixing local and distant products. The restaurant is elegant in its blue tones and modern at the same time. The plates are superbly presented, the lunch menu being very accessible, the Catalan district not necessarily being a corner where you can easily find a good restaurant. Candied red mullet, cold courgette soup with basil, beef cheek ravioli, grilled octopus and its crunchy polenta. Finally, cherry pie. The hardest part will be deciding.

Ce restaurant est l’histoire d’une famille, cela est distillé au cours de la soirée par petite touche.
Nestou inspire son papa et sa maman.
Nous avons mangé un peu de tout avec mon épouse et chacun des plats, outre le fait qu’il soit bon et rassasiant, à sa petite d’originalité qui nous rappelle qu’un chef était à la manoeuvre.
Pour ma part je vous conseille le Paleron.
Cuisson de 5,6,7 heures je ne sais plus mais 10mn de survie dans l’assiette. Et encore, j’ai voulu savourer. Mais obliger d’y revenir sans cesse pour avoir cette texture tendre dans la bouche.
Rapport qualité/prix correct.
Nous avons même sympathisé avec un couple de vignerons champenois et nos échanges quoique brefs ont animé la soirée.
Bon, tout ca pour dire que nous conseillons le NESTOU sans réserve.
