L'Epuisette, one of the city's finest restaurants, nestled in the Vallon des Auffes. In addition to the famous bouillabaisse and bourride, chef Guillaume Sourrieu offers a fish menu based on seasonal produce. As the years go by, the quality remains the same: everything here is always perfect. On the plate, you'll appreciate a lobster tajine, melting vegetables with mild spices, or Marseilles feet and packages cooked according to the house's vision. The Marius formula is a must for a good bouillabaisse. Great art.
