Le Carré, the Sofitel's brasserie, welcomes you at any time of the day. In the morning, at breakfast and even in the afternoon for a special tea-time. On the restaurant menu, the recently arrived chef Alexandre Auger, in collaboration with Alexandre Mossé, has imagined seasonal proposals: cauliflower mousseline, tamarisk oysters and caviar as a starter, blue lobster with green lentils and Jerusalem artichokes to continue before concluding with a mandarin shortbread and pear compote. The setting is magical and the service meticulous.

Très bon accueil, personnel chaleureux dont Sanah qui est très souriante et sympathique. La cuisine est très bonne et la vue est incroyable sur le vieux port.

Cadre idyllique! Merci à Mademoiselle Savannah, pour tous ses conseils avisés. Tous ce qu'elle nous a conseillé étaient exquis. Le dos de dorade était excellent! Bravo au chef! Je recommande et reviendra souvent.

Pour nos 42 ans de mariage,une excellente table, dans un lieu enchanteur, vue imprenable sur la mer. Les mets étaient bien présentés et excellents, le personnel très professionnel . Pour commencer un cocktail, Chandon Garden Spritz, excellent ,puis en entrée Stracciatella crémeuse, et mon conjoint soupe glacée à la tomate , en plat Filet de daurade rôti sur peau , Gnocchis, petits pois et sauce safranée,le poisson était très frais, en dessert, je vous recommande le clafoutis aux abricots. Merci pour ce bon moment.
