Christian Trubert created this association for children. With or without the teachers, and from the EC 1, it offers them a very entertaining approach to this long-distance period of our history. Whether at the headquarters of the association or at the Simiane Collongue Museum, he knows how to interest them by cutting stones or sewing clothes with bone needles! All this according to an approach that can go from the half day to the more intensive internship of one week. This is a nice program!

Present in Marseilles, the Jewish community is particularly active in the 6 ^th arrondissement. In the Castellane area, around the streets Rostand, Dragon, Saint-Suffren, it has private schools, snacks, restaurants, small cafes, tea rooms. True neighborhood life, there are hairdressers, grocery stores, supermarkets… In the middle of all these nearby shops, the Jewish cultural centre, which has been in existence since 1964, is an obligation for all those who want to go further. Activities are diverse and varied: seminars on Jewish history and thought, exhibitions, concert, cinema… For regular activities, Hebrew courses (oulpanim) are very serious. There is even a module for the récalcitrants, for those who really have difficulty with the language. They are invited to be more user-friendly, to learn to communicate in Hebrew, around a meal for example. Courses of capoeira also, book workshops, workshops for children, cooking courses… In short, something happens at the Fleg!
