With the arrival of experienced and seasoned chef Laurent Guillaume and his partner Elise at the helm of Maison Vauban in 2019, the concept of the place has changed somewhat. The couple's rethought concept is now more focused on the plate, the products and the quality of the dishes than on the trendy atmosphere of the house. However, the place is still beautiful, with its meticulous decor, charming little patio and large, elegant green-tiled bar. In the evening, you can enjoy elaborate, hearty tapas.
