It's been one of the best kept secrets of the downtown culinary landscape for years! A confidential address in a street that is not very busy and not really charming, but a place where you enter and immediately appreciate the atmosphere, from the vintage decor to the smiling welcome you find there. The chef Fabrice Bazin is passionate and does things with heart. You can feel it in the plate. Fresh products exclusively, that lunchtime for example on the menu: the chef cooked bonito or beef pear according to his inspiration. Efficient.

Un de mes amis locaux a fortement recommandé cet endroit. Et C'ÉTAIT INCROYABLE. Le chef cuisinait seul sans aucune autre assistance. Mais il a servi de la nourriture sans aucun délai. Si j'ai l'occasion de visiter à nouveau cet endroit, soyez certainement le premier dans mon esprit.

Une très très belle adresse. le patron est passionné et passionnant. Et sa cuisine ? Explosion de saveurs tout azimut. C'est simple y aller une fois , c'est y retourner 100 fois. Il ne me reste donc plus qu'à y retourner 99 fois.. très vite.
