To enjoy excellent chicken dishes in Marseille.

In the Vauban district, the rotisserie l'Aile ou la Cuisse offers farmhouse yellow roast chickens that you can pick up directly on the spot or have delivered to your home. You can accompany your chicken with potatoes, quinoa, crispy vegetable wok, pasta and chips, in small or large trays. There are also "chicken boxes", small cooked chicken dishes: farm chicken lasagne, homemade escalope, chicken with honey and balsamic vinegar, grilled with herbs, curry, chicken juice and crispy vegetables, accompanied by potatoes or quinoa. Some dishes even come out of the chicken: shepherd's pie or lentil sausage.
