After years of good and loyal service under the name of Cours en vert and Mikala, this veggie restaurant is reborn with a new vegan concept and a revamped interior, under the poetic name of Mariposas. And from the look of the menu, you're likely to see butterflies in your stomach. The menu changes every week. Roasted eggplant with tahini and lemon sauce or peach, tomato and basil salad for starters. For the main course, vegan burgers or generous Camargue rice, coral lentils and vegetables. An original address to cherish.

J’ai goûté le brunch du dimanche midi qui comprenait boisson, bouillon, assiette, yaourt et plateau de desserts pour 26€. J’ai trouvé que le repas était délicieux et j’espère pouvoir y retourner bientôt pour goûter d’autres cartes. Je conseille de réserver en avance par téléphone car le restaurant était plein lorsque je suis arrivée.

Le dimanche soir, c'est burger ! Végétariens et assez recherchés, ils sont accompagnés de frites ou de panisses et sont vraiment savoureux. On peut les prendre avec des kombucha très originaux.
En dessert, je recommande le fondant au chocolat brillamment exécuté, avec une texture parfaite. Il peut être un peu écoeurant car semble composé de praliné ? Mais le grué de cacao dedans rattrape le tout.

One of the best vegan dining experiences I've ever had. The focus on a variety of incredibly tasty seasonal vegetables, all locally sourced and fresh, truly stood out. The service was very friendly and welcoming, with a good sense of humor. They even went the extra mile to translate some stuff into German we didn’t understood in French.
The flavor combinations were so unique they gave me chills. Usually, my friends and I skip dessert, but the main courses were so delicious that we were tempted to try every dessert available. We did, and it was a decision that made us extremely happy. Highly recommend this place for its outstanding food and service.

Allez à ce resto. Ils font vraiment un effort et ça paraît dans l'assiette. Un régal.

La bière était douce, l'entrée avait une sauce sublime et les deux plats et la tartelette citron étaient super délicieu.x.ses <^w^>
