A pledge of quality products which is felt in the taste and in the quality of what you eat here. Opened recently and created by a young talented woman, OBH may well reconcile you with burgers. Original recipes like this burger with breaded sardines, breaded fish with corn flakes or imaginative vegetarian versions: golden mushrooms, egg scramble and melted mimolette or roasted pumpkin with garlic, breaded goat's cheese with Provence herbs and red onion confit. A delight!
