At the heart of the Julien course you will find a bistro conceived as an information and cultural mobilization antenna open on the city and its region. Their challenge? Value those who make creative dynamism in the fields of culture, tourism and leisure. On the bistro side, each week the card changes, at the rhythm of the seasons. In the evening, until 11 p. m., the WAAW aperture invents around the tasting plates: cheeses, local producers' meats, vegetables and fruit prepared for fresh touches, as well as some hot dishes, around a selection of season beers and natural wines. The hotel features eclectic music selections, events of all kinds and an intimate atmosphere.
