There's a new smell on Rue Paradis, can you smell it? A mouth-watering aroma, a braise cuisine that will delight the most discerning palates. Welcome to Frangine. Don't look for Frangine, the business was set up by men, but the name was chosen in honor of each man's sisters. The architect-designed bistro atmosphere is very pleasant, with long banquettes and exposed stone walls. On the menu, dishes from the sea as well as from the land, with that very special braised cooking. Melt-in-the-mouth prime rib and clams sit alongside more traditional French bistro fare. A real pleasure and a welcoming team.
