The head of the institute of Italian Cooking and the school of pizzaillo offers you in its establishment, pizzeria with Italian flavours, traditional pizzas and other originals such as cream of truffle, artichokes. It also includes neapolitan pasta, walnuts, rockets, pesto, pistachio sauce, salmon gnocchis, ceps, meat, grilled, sauces… and then, if you can't move, the restaurant book is free in most of the boroughs, (from 1 st to 9 th) all the dishes, but also the aperitif!
