On the telephone agency guaranteed a group of less than 25 people. Arrival, it is 2 bus tourism full (about 100 people) that we paid guided tours with only 1 guide.
In order to optional excursions (paying in addition to €3000 trip), we were built every morning 5:45 for departure from the bus 7:00. Arrival in the evening the hotel around 8 hours. The guide left in the group the optional excursions and left the rest of the alone group, planted in the middle of nowhere.
Tours made with pas de charge to finish in the shops guaranteed by the guide (and where it touches its commission).
Very insistent guide on its points in addition to its optional excursions.
Deplorable food in " restaurants" with tourists.
It is not holiday!
To crown it all, the agency CLIMATES OF the WORLD was accused completely deaf with homemade remarks, and the satisfaction of its guests does not seem to be the priority.
