It's the culinary sensation of 2022 that shook Marseilles and excited its most discerning palates, and continues to thrill today. A discreet storefront on Rue Saint-Pierre conceals a new kind of bistro, and one of the city's most beautiful patios to boot. At the helm of this intriguing new table are two well-known names: Sarah Chougnet-Strudel, who we've known as an itinerant chef at events, and who also has a great deal of experience in London, and Lucien Salomon, both very promising but already well recognized. On the plate, fine, elegant cuisine, products worked to the point of excellence, and we can't believe the low prices for such quality. Magnificent!
