Restaurant installed in a former butcher shop, offering a unique experience
Installed in a former butcher's shop, this restaurant that could be described as a pop-up although not at all ephemeral, was opened by the neighboring team of Le Parpaing qui flotte, in the summer of 2021. The idea? To offer the opportunity to about fifteen guests to experience an exceptional evening of cuisine, all in an intimate setting and discover successive residencies of talented chefs. Everything is centered around a single large table, like in the living room of someone's home, like a table d'hôte. The kitchen is open to the dining room, exchanges are easy. A new experience in the gastronomic milieu of Marseille, modern and generous. Service every evening at 8:30 pm.
