Restaurant located on the Boulevard de Chave, Bouillon has a charming terrace and offers the generous cuisine of the chef.

This is the new sensation whose reputation extends beyond the Camas neighborhood. Located on the boulevard Chave, this small restaurant is the playground of the chef Auregan Dean, who we discovered with delight at Yima or Opéra Zoizo. A table for meat lovers, home cooking, generous. That evening, we enjoyed the sausage of the moment, the divine homemade pate, Marseille peppers in gyozas and succulent conger dumplings, potato siphon, pear-shallot-hazelnut tartar. Excellent natural wines. The terrace is charming under its colored loupiotes. Young and fashionable clientele. An address to follow, for sure.

Wonderful experience! The staff was merveilleux and all the food was delicious. It’s so nice to take a break from all the wonderful seafood Marseille has to offer and load up on some local meat that has been most expertly cook. Nothing is over done or made into a foam, it’s simple and incredibly tasty. The wine pairings also wonderful. Highly recommend!
