The ADAPA Scheme (Departmental Assistance for Accession to the Property in the Old) concerns future buyers of a home (not applicable for rental investment) built prior to 1948, and takes the form of a bonus of € 3 000. Certain criteria determine the granting of aid: resource conditions and geographical location of housing (some quarters of Marseille and some communes in the department). Note: support can be increased by 1 000 € for purchasers under the age of 30! In all cases, the information is to be made directly to the ADAPA secretariat or to the ADIL 13 (departmental information agency and partner).
