When gastronomy rhymes with culture and sharing. Welcome to the great tables of La Friche, an address opened in 2006 with deserved success. We develop a seasonal cuisine, with the passing of the arrivals, reasoned and well thought out. On Mondays, a farmers' market takes over the premises, proof of the commitment and spirit of the place. On the menu, it's varied and tasty. Rougail sausage, octopus stew, veal sauté with chorizo. Vegetarian alternatives of course. For small appetites, the engine room at the entrance to the wasteland serves as a small restaurant.
