Opened in 1989, the Library of the Shopping Basket has settled in the former convent of the Refuge since 2001. It is above all a place of relaxation that contains 6 000 books. The different areas of the library are grouped around a charming courtyard decorated with brick vaults. In the program, recent novels, comic books, some art books… Children are welcomed to the game on a Wednesday a Month and babies are invited to a reading club every Wednesday morning. For adults, a reading club meets on Saturday a Month and writing workshops are organised regularly.
