A little but strong, the Locarno clearly displays its festive ambitions. There is no ambiguity in the establishment category. Here it is clearly tropical, zouk, of course, afro collé: It is a pity that there is no restoration (even small). Cette description est apparemment assez ancienne puisqu'ils font de la restauration et plus de zouk ! J'y ai bu un très bon mojito accompagnée d'une excellente bruschetta avec vu sur notre dame parfait quoi !

By a beautiful afternoon of March, we arrive at 7 in Locarno. One of them wanted us a hot drink. Refusal without explanation. However the espresso machine presides over the bar. The service is deplorable and the reception as well. Avoid absolutely.
