대체적으로 좋은 환경이지만. 아쉬운점이 있습니다.
구글 리뷰를 보고 룸슬리퍼가 제공 되는것으로 생각했는데. 로비 담당자는 상위 등급만 제공 한다고 대답했습니다.
내가 예약한 방은 발코니가 있는 슈페리움 인데 방의 등급이 낮아서 제공 안하다고 합니다.

3인실을 예약했는데 수건은 2인분만 준비되어 있습니다.
옷장에 옷걸이가 없습니다. 저 철봉은 무엇에 쓰는 것인지 고민했습니다.
예약과 동시에 아코르에서 받은 안내에는 웰컴 드링크를 제공 하니 .즐기라고 하였습니다.
드레프트 비어를 마시고 월컴 드링크로 처리할수 있는지 문의하였는데. 생맥주는 안된다고 합니다.
오직 소프트 드링크만 되니까 진열된 캔콜라 탄산 음료를 가져가라고 합니다.
노보텔이 많이 이용해 봤지만 이런 경우는 처음이라 당황 했습니다.
