A stone's throw from the Passage de Lorette and the square of the same name, a young quartet has opened Ripaille, a bistro-style restaurant where you can enjoy improved, rejuvenated and well-sourced traditional cuisine, all accompanied by well-found natural wines. Whether in the dining room or on the terrace, the service is dynamic. Typically Provençal dishes such as soupe au Pistou are served alongside classic French bistro fare. The plates are beautiful, the dishes tasty. A fine address that the Panier deserved.
