Luxury brasserie in the former Hôtel-Dieu, now an Intercontinental hotel, offering brunch and meals.
Set in the historic gem of this 18th-century Hôtel-Dieu, Brasserie Les Fenêtres overlooks the Old Port. The setting is sumptuous! On the plate, start with bouillabaisse croquettes or foie gras marinated in spices, lychee gel and Sauternes. Continuing with guinea fowl supreme stuffed with savory panisses or monkfish marinated in homemade curry paste. The icing on the cake is the sumptuous desserts. An address not to be missed.

Très bonne expérience dans cette hôtel. Les chambres sont belles et les matelas confortable. J'ai vraiment aimé la terrasse et son petit déjeuné le matin. Le bar est super.

Je suis partie visiter Marseille avec ma femme c'était juste magnifique, on sent le poids de l'histoire. La façade est époustouflante. Les chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est au top et le personnel au petit soin. A refaire absolument

Super accueil , très bel hotel, la chambre était très propre et surtout le matelas très confortable. Les repas excellents... je recommande et j'y retournerai en famille.
