Luxury brasserie in the former Hôtel-Dieu, now an Intercontinental hotel, offering brunch and meals.
Set in the historic gem of this 18th-century Hôtel-Dieu, Brasserie Les Fenêtres overlooks the Old Port. The setting is sumptuous! On the plate, start with bouillabaisse croquettes or foie gras marinated in spices, lychee gel and Sauternes. Continuing with guinea fowl supreme stuffed with savory panisses or monkfish marinated in homemade curry paste. The icing on the cake is the sumptuous desserts. An address not to be missed.

Le personnel est très compétent proche de ses clients et de leurs attentes, qui est le fruit d un management de haute exigence.
La terrasse avec la formule pizza est très sympa le soir en mode Lounge.
Le petit déjeuner vue sur mer et sur le port est admirable et apaisant pour bien commencer la journée.
Aussi bien pour le business qu’en escapade Marseillaise, c’est un monument incontournable de la ville à mi chemin entre le port et le panier.
