This gastronomic restaurant is the brainchild of committed chef Sébastien Richard and the La Petite Lili association.
In the renovated premises of the ex-Café Parisien, led by committed chef Sébastien Richard, the La Petite Lili association, which brings together a number of chefs surrounded by committed personalities, is launching Le République, the 1st solidarity-based gastronomic restaurant. The restaurant welcomes a double clientele: vulnerable people in precarious situations, who will pay €1 for their meal alongside traditional customers in the same space. A social integration enterprise, the structure also trains kitchen and dining room staff in catering skills.

Open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch; Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. Reservations recommended. Single menu €55. Children's menu: €12. Lunch menu: €23. In the dark" meal menus on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from €58 to €79.

Tout d’abord, la plupart des plats n’étaient plus disponibles, nous sommes pourtant arrivés à 20h30. Un des plats (tajine de légumes était extrêmement poivré), nous avons goûté une crème brûlée au safran, le goût du safran était vraiment trop prononcé (pourtant nous aimons le safran). Et nous avons mangé une surprenante mousse au chocolat avec des champignons de Paris.
Nous voulions commander du fromage mais avons du y renoncer car il n’y avait plus de pain. Nous avons commandé une bouteille de vin blanc, mais elle n’est jamais arrivée jusqu’à nous malgré plusieurs « relances ».
