A very good address in Marseille offering to taste natural wines.
At the origin of this wine cellar, Laetitia, Fred and Sandi, the three associate friends, were happy to sell good bottles that they had found with French winemakers. Today, the place is also a wine bar. The hotel offers to taste so-called 'natural' wines, i. e. without any input or sulfite. This is the name of producers and areas as much as the region. Southern wines but also Burgundy, Loire, Beaujolais. Bottles such as Le Raisin and the Angel of Gilles Azzoni, the Côtes-du-Py of Agnès and Jean Foillard, the Mâcon-Chaintre des Valette, the Domaine du Mazel de Gerald Oustric, the Domaine des Clapas, the sancerre of Riffault and the Tarcerre of Riffault. To accompany his glass: we can order planks of local products, Iberian meats and corsics and/or cheeses, chopped ham, oil sardines and wakame, beef tataki, ankali… A very good little address open on Monday, a scarcity in Marseille.
