Dive into the blue décor of the surprising restaurant La Piscine. The establishment, opened by Florent Manaudou himself, is a successful bet. Well inspired, the menu offers tempting starters: beef tataki with peanut soya or ceviches depending on the availability. To be followed by the fillet of bass accompanied by a tatin like a pissaladière or linguine with bottarga. Needless to say, everything is fresh and home-made.
