A small corner of Belgian delicacy in the heart of Marseille! This is where you taste the real and authentic gaufre Liégeese, thick and caramelized, tender to heart and slightly vanilla. It's a treat! It is by hearing his children complain about finding no gaufre Liège worthy of the name that the owner had the brilliant idea to open this address. Beautiful idea on its part, because we can now enjoy hot waffles or garnish spreads (without palm oil please), cream of Speculoos or caramel salted butter. A real address for gourmets!
