In 2020, a small sensation in the culinary and gustatory landscape of Marseille. Just a stone's throw from the Place de la Joliette, in a bright and elegant space, two young Marseillais are blowing a wind from the North onto your taste buds. After a stay in Denmark, they brought back this Scandinavian appetite for "black" bread, wholemeal bread, in richly filled sandwiches. Treat yourself to a voyage of discovery to meet the Smørrebrød.
