Le Petit Cabanon is the story of a passionate project: that of chef Louis Milelli, at the helm of this fine table on the Joliette side of Paris. A cozy, traditional Provencal restaurant with a modern twist. The chef's cuisine is deliberately rustic, reminiscent of his childhood cooking, but with an added touch of subtlety. The products used here are local, purchased from producers in the region. The chef shapes them before your very eyes. We love both the elegant decor and the carefully prepared dishes. A Provencal bistro that will make you reconsider your ideas of regional cuisine. Non-stop service throughout the day.

Photoshoot en plein milieu du restaurant en plein service. Le serveur (proprio?) qui insulte les cuisiniers... les plats froids... ça a bien changé. Dommage.

Great quality, but not obnoxious. Wine selection could be more interesting, I tried a decent côtes du Roussillon though.

Ce restaurant offre une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. L'ambiance accueillante, le service rapide et la qualité inégalée des plats en font un lieu idéal pour savourer une cuisine française revisitée. Le choix du bœuf Simmental est certainement une excellente recommandation,. En résumé, ce restaurant mérite hautement une visite pour toute personne désireuse de découvrir une nouvelle perspective sur la cuisine française traditionnelle.

A nice place to eat. A bit pricey for me and not in the style of restaurants I enjoy, because it is too “formal” and strict, but other than that you will have a decent dinner here.
