Semi-gastronomic restaurant recently taken over by chef Sylvain Robert to showcase his Mediterranean cuisine.
After having delighted the most discerning taste buds for several years in a restaurant on Rue Sainte, chef Sylvain Robert took over the reins of this well-known Estaque restaurant from the local rowing club. The premises are charming, overlooking the port and its boats. The interior was redesigned when the Robert couple took over the restaurant. The menu combines the chef's virtuosity with the finest Mediterranean produce. Bouillabaisse hamburger, smoked beef or rock soup with rouille and croutons.
