To cook seasonally, with local products, it is a beautiful commitment in which many restaurant owners have launched with more or less seriousness. At Le Présage, beyond this scrupulously respected responsible commitment, we have pushed the idea of energy autonomy to the maximum: it is thus the first restaurant entirely self-sufficient thanks to solar energy. In the sunniest city in France, this seems obvious but the project deserved to be launched. A team of cooks and engineers are dedicated to this. It is whispered that the guinguette could soon move to the Parc Borély. For the moment, it is an idyllic garden atmosphere at Château-Gombert.

J’espère que les choses ne changeront pas et que l’esprit guinguette bohème du lieu perdurera. L’essentiel est de rester concentré sur ce qu’il y dans l’assiette.
