Alexis Boudoul set up shop on the Corniche last summer, and he's done well! Le Glacier de la Corniche is first and foremost an ice cream parlour. Passion sorbet, mango, vine peach, lychee, Timut pepper ice cream, basil lemon, banana, lavender, spread, dark chocolate... All Terre Adélice ice creams are made in Ardèche from organic ingredients. Le Petit Futé tested an ice cream with caramelized hazelnuts and a tonka bean ice cream, a real delight, fresh and surprising, which makes you want only one thing... to come back as soon as possible!
