I sincerely beg you to take my advice.
Bed bugs will bite you wherever exposed skins. They are everywhere on the beds, walls, couch at the reception, even on the floors. I'm not kidding, but maybe Google thinks I do. They didn't want to publish my review. So I'm writing a new one now. Honestly, I didn't know that bed bugs could live everywhere either. Welcome to the bed bugs world once you enter this building.
If you ever made a mistake to book a night here, and when they say they will refund the full amount of your booking. Try to get it refunded when you are there. They will say they will refund through bank transactions, which they will never do. They have cut their all the contact lines, and my booking platform can't force them to keep their words.
I'm still fighting for this horrible experience.
Odeur catastrophique pas de serviette pas de gel douche il ya absolument RIEN ! poussière dans tout les coin de la chambre et il ya même pas de papier toilette

Ne correspond pas à la description, si ce n'est son bon emplacement dans la ville. Aucun entretien, autre que les travaux qui étaient en cours dans le hall
Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre :
- Il n’y avait pas de draps adaptés au lit car "il n'y en avait plus de propres" (ce que nous avons su seulement le lendemain), nous avons dormi avec 1 drap 1 place, pour un lit 2 places
- Le lit n’était pas fait, et le drap proposé ? sale.
- Il n’y avait pas de serviettes de bains prêtes, pas de papier toilettes, et 1 gel douche bien usagé
- Le nettoyage, n'en parlons pas, déplorable ! (sol crade, chaussettes noires et pieds qui collent, cheveux, poils, caleçon oublié derrière le radiateur, chips, vieux mégots de cigarettes, etc)
- Nous avons été contraints d'héberger un client par pretexte que mon compagnon le connaissait (de peu) car sa réservation n’était pas valable et que le personnel n'a pas trouvé d'autres solutions… la personne s’est endormi par terre, à côté de notre lit. Évidemment pas la moindre possibilité de remboursement, nous avons bien payé une chambre pour deux mais nous étions 3, sans intimité et sans pudeur.
- Notre douche bouchée, la solution qu'a trouvé le personnel : "vous pouvez allez vous lavez dans une autre chambre, le client vient de la libérer"
- Présence de blattes
Cet établissement est insalubre, le personnel incompétent et pas réactif. Pour le même prix nous aurions pu trouver extrêmement mieux …. Déplorable !!!!
