Table céramique mauvaise qualité SAV refuse la garantie
Plateau qui s'est fendu 2 fois aux extrémités et maintenant ébréché. Et le SAV refuse la prise en charge de la garantie 10 ans pour un produit très cher et censé être solide et de qualité. Tromperie sur la qualité de la marchandise et mauvaise foi du SAV, qui prétend, sans preuve, que c'est nous qui avons cassé la table !!!

Apres 4 coups de tel, la roulette de mon lit n'est toujours pas changée. Le suivi des SAV laisse a désirer. Assez déçu pour un article neuf.
