The Cabro d'Or is one of the two restaurants in Baumanière. The chef Michel Hulin offers a cuisine dedicated to local products. Judge for yourself: roasted and marinated Mediterranean red tuna, young carrots and foie gras with citrus fruit flavors; cod back à la plancha, polenta from Mas de Daudet with honey and saffron, pumpkin with shellfish juice and turmeric; caramelized eggplant millefeuille, fennel confit mousseline, spicy ice cream and vanilla olive oil. A local cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Un menu de Nouvel An exceptionnel. Des saveurs délicieuses sublimées par l'accord mets, vins que je recommande. Des produits mis en valeur par le savoir-faire du chef Michel Hulin. Et les desserts, une révélation, une exceptionnelle créativité de la cheffe pâtissière, Alaïs Vaubourg. Mille Bravos pour ce délicieux moment
